One of the best rooms I had in a hotel in a long time! The King bed was the most comfortable bed I ever had. Plus my room and a counch/bed for only 1 night for 179. Customer service was great as well they also have two hotels with the same name next to each other. And a lovely pool. The lady that talked to me was Alexis. She did a great job up selling the hotel.
Sure Stay Best Western Yuca Valley is centrally located on the main road (Twenty Nine Palms) and is an excellent value with great service, great staff, and we had a wonderful stay. Brenda was at the front desk when we checked in and she was amazing throughout our stay. She helped us with every request with a pleasant attitude, a smile and a “no problem”. It was so nice to have someone who truly enjoyed her job and made us feel like we were her top priority!
Bed and service were good. Our room had the basics but not the little things like cups or usb outlets. The breakfast had the basics but no lids for coffee cups. The hotel is under construction but that did not impact us. $20 fee for pets. 1/2025
My husband and I stayed here with our 1 year old for a few days. Husband was gone for work most of the time, so my baby and I were there the most. We had an amazingly comfortable experience there. Brenda C is the best, she makes checking in super easy and hassel free! She was very kind, friendly and professional. She makes conversations flow very natural, my infant loved her so much! Also, another shout out to Katrina from housekeeping. She helped us out with the TV in our room and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Katrina remembered us while we were checking out and followed up by remembering details from our conversation. Brenda C. and Katrina are angels and made us feel like family.
This stay was really enjoyable. Front desk could definitely use some training on procedure. I was pretty uncomfortable with the night shift employee knocking on my door to tell me to keep it down. The noise complaint was about the volume of my laugh. That being said, I'm unsure if we'll be back to that hotel for our trips to Pioneertown, solely based on the employees. The room was great, clean, bigger than expected and the bed was very comfortable.
An oasis in the desert. The best version of what this hotel could be given its age. The buildings have vintage/classic feeling. The bed & sofa are very comfortable and well maintained, and it is evident that the owner(s) and staff care. Pet friendly and serves awesome breakfast, and the staffs were welcoming and friendly. Pricing is very reasonable, didn't hear any noise from outside the room, and the view from the hotel was also ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Good hotel. Friendly staff. Decent free breakfast from 6am-10am. Can be on the pricey side for the area. But clean. No bugs. No dirty linens.
A really great stay, with kind and helpful people working the front desk. A lot of these reviews are from before the hotel was a Hilton and are incredibly inaccurate! if you’re looking at this listing, the current one is under “Spark by Hilton” and this place is clean, with good service and amenities.
